Our Staff

Naomi Gandolfo – Naomi has worked in the Conveyancing industry since 1987. She is a fully licensed Conveyancer having completed her Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) at RMIT University. She has served on both the Victorian and National Councils of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers. Among her other credentials she is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers, she is also a Certified Practicing Conveyancer. Outside of work Naomi has a passion for horses and is involved with the Victorian racing industry.
Loretta Anne Roe – Loretta began her career in the Legal industry in 2000 and is a licensed Conveyancer. Prior to joining Principle Converyancing Services in October 2011, she worked for a law firm for eleven years working on many areas of law although the majority of time was spent in the Conveyancing field. Loretta has completed her Associate Diploma of Business (Legal Practice) with high distinctions and was awarded the “best student” in her class. Loretta is a mother of one and enjoys travelling. 

 

Sylvia Attard – Sylvia commenced her career in the Legal industry in 1987.  She has worked in the Conveyancing industry since 1989.  She has worked for a major developer undertaking the conveyancing work  and has attained her Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing).  Sylvia is a mother of two and enjoys reading and spending time with her family.

photoNancy Costabile - Nancy began her Legal career 8 years ago as the right arm of a sole Practitioner in the Suburbs whereby she was exposed to all facets of the Law but developed a passion for property related transactions.  For the past 7 years Nancy has been employed by a medium sized firm in the Melbourne CBD whereby she chose to specialise in property and for the past 2 years has managed the property team.

 Nancy has been exposed to various property transactions however she enjoys the fast paced job satisfaction associated with subdivision work and most of all she enjoys liaising with client’s on a daily basis in order to ascertain and fulfil their property related needs.

 In November 2007 Nancy became an Associate member of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Josie Forcone – Josie brings to the office over 30 years of experience in the Conveyancing industry. She has previously worked in large legal firms, where she attended to general Conveyancing matters as well as large Private and Government developments. She has also owned and operated a successful retail business for 10 years. Josie has a passion for patchwork quilting and reading biographies. She is also an adept hand at cooking, with her family proving to be willing taste testers.
Lydia Magarelli – Lydia commenced her career in the Legal Industry in 1994. She has worked as a Conveyancer for over 16 years in many large legal firms, where she attended to general conveyancing matters and also worked on large subdivisional developments and conveyancing for many local council clients. Lydia has completed her Associate Diploma of Business (Legal Practice). Lydia is a mother of two young boys and enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

 

Milena Di Martino - Milena has worked in the legal industry for over 35 years; firstly as Personal Assistant/Legal Secretary for more than 20 years to a senior partner of a large legal firm who dealt in most aspects of law including conveyancing.  She then gained insurmountable conveyancing experience working as a senior law clerk for a well respected Keilor Solicitor for 15 years.  During this time Milena dealt with both commercial and residential conveyancing matters including “off the plan” sales and purchases, builders/developers contracts, subdivisions and terms contracts.  Away from work Milena enjoys reading, playing solitaire, watching television and spending time with her family especially her three grandchildren.
